The game downloaded and installed 99% but wouldn't activate. Error code 766. Exited and it is re-downloading. We'll see what happens.

Windows 7.

Edit: Well, it finished activating the second time it downloaded, so here goes nothing! I certainly hope it plays the whole way through without glitches.

Hello Everyone!

If you're having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend visiting Big Fish Games Help as they are always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested help articles that have helped many people correct this type of problem in the past:

Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen
Game Compatibility
Run Game as Administrator

If you are not able to get a game working properly using Big Fish Games Help, please get in touch with Customer Support Team. It would be helpful if you could state what system you are playing the game on (i.e. PC, MAC or Mobile), so we can provide you with the appropriate support as quickly as possible.

*Finally, please reserve this thread for tech issues only. If you are seeking game play assistance (i.e. hints and tips), the best thing to do is to start a new thread in the game's Forum by clicking on 'Create New Discussion.'

Hello Furryfury,

Thank you so much for reaching out to us (and thank you, pennmom36, for swimming by as well). I'm really glad to hear the game downloaded on the second try. If error code 766 is the future, I'd recommend clearing your browser's cache. Web browsers collect cookies from the websites they visit, which allow the browsers to do things like load the pages more quickly in the future. If too much information accumulates in a browser's cache, it can interfere with processes like downloading a game.

The following help article explains how to clear each web browser's cache.

Clear Browser Cache

If that doesn't resolve the matter, please contact our Technical Support Team for further assistance.

Thanks again for reaching out. Should any new questions arise, you're more than welcome to PM me or another moderator. We're always here to help.

I purchased the game and tried to install it. It downloaded 99% but it wouldn't finish. I got a error code 766. Tried to download it again, it did download but won't play. Now I am getting 912 error. I am running windows 10.

Hi Everyone,

It sounds like there are a couple of different error messages coming up while trying to play the game. Let's see what we can do to get things working better with troubleshooting.

Let's start with the 912 error mentioned by lindseywoo. This error can come up when something has changed with the usual installation location for the game. Most often this comes up with external hard drives due to it either becoming disconnected or its drive letter changing. If there's an external hard drive being used, it can help to make sure its connected and to check its letter (D, E, etc--this can be found by opening up My Computer) to see if it's the same as the letter for the installation location in the Big Fish Games app. The following article has some steps for checking the installation location currently set up for the app:

Checking Installation Location for Big Fish Games app

If that doesn't get things working better, please reach out to our Technical Support Team and include a Dr. Felix Report with that message. They'll be able to better troubleshoot using that information.

As for the error about a graphics card that MrWeelson and 7warrior7 have seen, this sounds like there's trouble with the game not getting along with the current settings of the computer's video card. We can try to improve their relationship by checking the video card drivers for the system to see if an updated version is available. Steps for this can be found here:

Video Driver Updates

Should the error continue to appear after trying that, please send a message to our Technical Support Team for assistance. You can also PM me or another Moderator with remaining questions. We'll do our best to assist.
