I'm not getting credit for capturing my ghosts. They show up on the scoreboard thingie on the left when I open it and check, they are certainly being trapped and using up my ghost traps, but on the daily quests it shows no progress. 0 ghosts no matter which color. Yes, I am aware of the 6 colors. Help? Please?

It sounds like there's been trouble with the game recognizing that ghosts have been caught. I've passed this information along to the teams behind the games, but I also encourage you to write in to our Midnight Castle Support Team with as much information about this as possible. This will help us investigate the matter further and determine what's causing this to happen.

Please also include your Friend Code in the ticket, too.

I am getting fed up with the game crashing all the time I have to keep repeating the challenges as revelry time it crashes I lose my progress it took me two. Days to complete the challenge then it crashed and I had to do it again also as have said before I have lost a lot diamonds I am in touch with the support group but have to wait up to 72 hours purchasing is nightmare as I have tried a few times and once game crashes I lose the diamonds I have purchased I have been playing for four years now I lost my original game three years ago and you could not retrieve it I was on level 46 after th a t tethered were no problems till Easter this year I do not understand what are you up to regards Chris

I have done the same challenge over again the game keeps crashing and I have lost more diamonds and progress plus the ghosts I get are also lost so I am getting nowhere I have been in touch with customer service on the20october and still have no reply regards Chris

The game keeps crashing iit is like ground hog day I have lost a lot of progress I do not know why since the east e r update I am still having problems surely you should h ave this sorted this problem by now regards Chris

I'm really sorry that Midnight Castle keeps crashing. Since it sounds like the Midnight Castle Support Team has been contacted, I'd encourage you to continue working with them to resolve this. The Support Team is much better equipped to address ongoing troubles with the game given the limitations of the troubleshooting tools available to the Moderation Team. Changes are afoot will not. Download beyond 50 percent I have shut down and restarted game but still no download I do not want to have. Uninstall game as last time it took a week to get it back my I'd is a840075 ranges Chris

Every time I get to lust needing one ghost for the challenge my game crashes and I have only one ghost left is anyone else having this problem regards Chris

Hi I am on level 80 my friend no is a560174 I have a problem with my invite a friend
Have been playing Midnight Castle for approx two and half years just love this game .
I invited a stack of friends but they all come back with info box that says REMOVE
Cannot get any invites to accept has anything changed never had this problem before
Please help. Many thanks for a wonderful game.

They have the tools and expertise to further investigate what's going on. It would be incredibly helpful if you included the game's Friend Code and a screenshot of the REMOVE issue as well.

I am having problems with the game crashing randomly since the update as well as items/ghosts not showing as counted. I am on a Kindle Fire he v5. I am not sure how to do screen capture and do not have email on this system.

Hello Hcjon,

I'm really sorry to hear the game has been crashing and that caught ghosts aren't being counted towards Fall Event achievements. I'm swimming over to provide help right away.

A more recent update was released last week, and it should fix these issues. This update will download automatically the next time the game is opened (if it hasn't been already). A Changes are afoot message will appear and cause Midnight Castle to restart; once the game restarts, the update will install itself.

If this update has been downloaded already and hasn't fixed these issues, please contact our Midnight Castle Support Team. It's totally fine if a screenshot of the achievements tab isn't available; just be sure to include your Friend Code.

I am on a Kindle fire he v. 5. Since the latest update I am losing count on daily, special items like ghosts and candy. My game crashes randomly as well. My friend code is a694975.

It sounds like there's been trouble updating the game, as well as some issues with the game crashing. I'm very sorry to hear this! Let's see if some troubleshooting can help out.

For the update, Gibseth, the steps from the following article should help get that started for your Kindle:

Update Your Game (Amazon)

If there are still issues following those steps, please send a message to our Midnight Castle Support Team and include your Friend Code in that message. They're best equipped to investigate and assist when basic troubleshooting doesn't do the trick.
