I'm completely stuck in the game. I made it into the tower where I had to talk to Glinda. There was the chest on the floor that needed two heads with a maze on the right. I had one head and went to back out when it popped the chest game open. The maze from the chest was superimposed onto the larger maze of the mini game. I could play the game and get the second head, but it wouldn't allow me to pick it up. Even though I can't pick it up, it shows both heads in my inventory. But I cannot place them onto the chest. I keep hitting the hint button, but it just says there is nothing to do here, and it says that in every location. Even on the map, there is no exclamation point showing where I need to go. So I can't continue until the chest error is fixed.

Did you try to exit out of the game entirely, and then go back? If that doesn't work, try to uninstall the game, and reinstall it. Did you purchase the game? If you haven't purchased the game, you are at the very end of the demo anyway.

Sorry to hear about the display issues and trouble progressing! pennmom36 offered some great suggestions, and I'd like to go ahead and provide some additional troubleshooting suggestions. In addition to uninstalling and reinstalling the game, it may help to check for video card driver updates since those drivers have a lot to do with how the game appears on the screen. You can also run the game as an Administrator to make sure the game has all the permissions it needs for its files to work correctly.

Should none of the above work out, starting up a new profile can help get around progression difficulties. This isn't ideal, of course, so you can also just send a message to our Technical Support Team. We Moderators are also always available by PM if there are lingering questions. We're happy to help however we can.

got the same problem as squirrelGirri. Cant work the chest. Have reinstalled the game, makes no difference. I was prepared to buy the game, but now I am not so sure.

Thanks for your patience with the game. I'm swimming by to provide some troubleshooting help.

reg1strar: It sounds like a progression block might have been encountered, since the chest can't be worked. There could be an issue with the game's graphics, so let's check whether the computer's video card driver is up to date. Developers release new versions of this driver to keep everything running smoothly, and since it controls how images display on the computer, installing a new version can really help. I'd also run the game with administrator permissions. Both processes are outlined in the help pages below:

Made it past the chest ok, but then could not complete the mini game in the cabinet with the rabbits on the doors. As far as I could tell, the game as set up is not solvable. It would freeze and then boot out of game when trying to get the last of the tokens to the left side. If that had executed, then would have 2 pair on the right side with no way to split them. I eventually skipped and am now seeing how far I can proceed. I did purchase the game.

Uninstalling and reinstalling the game did not help. My video graphics are all up to date. I would start a new profile, but I don't have enough time left on the demo to get to the point where I got stuck. Looks like there are other issues from other players. I was starting to like this game, but am not going to purchase due to technical errors.

There are so many rabbit parts in Chapter 3 starting with W. I looked to see if I could help. I know you have to place a latch on the door with the rabbits. I think you have another inlay for the rabbit or I pushed on the rabbit. That lead you to the main puzzle.

It's the fifth replay mini-game.

I fooled with the carrots and swirled the circles to make the picture of the rabbit. It worked for me. I wish I could help. I have Win10pc. I know this game was a lot of data. I'm working on the bonus chapter.

This game was not designed for windows 10. I could not get it to work wide screen, only windowed mode. Trouble was, I couldn't see what items I had to find. I read the read-me file and found it was for xp, vista, or 7. I went to compatibility trouble shooting and let it choose and tested. Then it worked correctly. Hope this helps someone..

I also have Win10Pc and my game usually adjusted them selves. This one didn't for me. I did notice that a lot of game come to me with both items checked. Full screen and Wide screen so I did that on this one.

I hope this helps you judi1_bigfish. If you have a laptop it might be different.

Bahh humbug. Too many little problems ( like seemingly always to have to click 2 or morer times to pick up an object from inventory.and it's a shame because it was a different game and pretty graphics.
I gave up, had problems with doing the mini-games, like they didn't do what they were supposed to do and now i'm in the bonus chapter and after having to skip Santas Knots because there was no correct way that the game acknowledged I am at the 'arrange the cupcakes and the screen started flashing and was unresponsive when I tried to exit the game.

I went back to game today to see if I could finish it and I did

I see that at least one other person has had trouble with the game in the cabinet in Mr. Rabbit's Hut. My game crashes, but only if I try to switch the fourth and first tokens. Are others running into this?

I'm so sorry that this game isn't running smoothly. Let's try some troubleshooting steps.

For those having trouble playing the game in full-screen mode, please try adjusting the screen resolution for the computer. The help page below provides instructions that will guide you through that process.

Screen Resolution

If the game freezes or crashes, I'd recommend checking to see whether the video card driver is up to date. Since this driver controls the computer's graphics, installing a newer version can fix a number of issues. It'd also be a good idea to run the game in Administrator Mode to give it more permissions on the computer. The following help pages contain instructions for the respective processes.

I collected both parts of the nippers and the screw, when I went to put it together, it disappeared and now I only have half the nippers in my inventory and can’t progress or do anything in the game! I hate to uninstall and start over, so boring to replay. I’m playing on my iPad Pro, iOS up to date.

Rabbit's House Chip Game

"Chip Game"
Started to play the mini-game.
Got booted out of the game with some kind of "time error".
Went back into the game, the "chip" is gone and there is no way to recover it.
The only way to play this game now, is to start over.

Looks like others have had problems with the "chip" game also.
Maybe the best way is to "skip" that mini-game.

WIn 10, desktop PC

I am not a happy camper about this. Sent Big Fish Customer Support an email about this "error" situation.

12/25/17
Restarted the game (from the begining) and SKIPPED the Rabbit House Chip Game.
I was able to play to the end of the game without any problems.

I'm glad you were able to finish the game, jcsgame, despite these troubles.
