If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend visiting Big Fish Games Help. Checking out the help articles in Big Fish Games Help is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested help articles that have helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:

will not go past level 23. restarted, updated etc. still makes me replay level 23
windows7 64bit

Can not get past level 1.. game shuts down and message appears "Application exit error, please contact costumer support." .. have tried all the fix it bits like uninstall game and manager etc still nothing, getting sick of the games having tech issues now

I'm having the same problem!

Contacted Technical Support. "sounding as though this game doesn't want to work on your computer at this time."

The response was quick! Like seconds! Kudos to BFG!!! I was issued a new code to use. Sad that I can't play the game tho!

I'm so sorry to hear these games aren't working and am swimming over to provide more help.

When a game crashes or won't progress, we advise the same basic troubleshooting steps. Please take a look at the help pages below for further suggestions.

Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen
Run Game as Administrator

We recommend checking to see whether the computer's video card driver is up to date. Installing a new version of the driver -- instructions for how to check and do this can be found in the first article -- can sometimes fix what's causing the game to crash. Running the game with administrator permissions can also resolve these issues, and those directions can be located in the second article.

Should those steps not fix the issues, please contact our Technical Support Team. They'll be the best equipped to provide more help.

Can"t get pass level 3. Won't let me get more workers. What's up with that? Never had any problems with earlier games in this series. Would like to purchase but not if I can only play 2 levels.

Every time I get half way through hika-ri level 12 I get an "technical error, please contact support" it shuts the whole program off

me too, I get 'unexpected error contact technical etc' Im going to try all the Tech helps steps and see if that helps. it would be good if we didnt have these hassles given the price.

on level 22 I am seeing a box with a check mark and the number 3 over the head of a shaman instead of an actual value of material to trade. is this a programming issue or am i missing some instruction somewhere, i went to the guide and presented the shaman with the material listed in the guide and he does not accept it. so i cannot pass the level. please help

The characters that have the checked box above their heads require you to complete that number of tasks from the main task list in the bottom right corner of the screen. It doesn't matter which ones you complete. Once you have the required number completed, you will then be able to talk to that character.

An OK game but some elements not working. Fires will not bun but use resources, Fans will not run. With out these elements working I can not proceed further.
Please fix or give me a refund?

I think the developers jumped the gun on this release. There are multiple places where I ran into things that should have some sort of explanation or icon, but it is missing.

I didn't write down levels, but it seems all the spells on the left side of the screen (the green arrow) should have a label above the spell icon, instead it says "Not Found" on all of them.

On one of the early levels, the first time you hover over a particular building spot, it doesn't show anything in the "bubble". If you move your mouse away and come back, it will then show one circle, then if you move your mouse away and hover again, it shows all options for that building.

In the map - Level 5 has a star on it, and even though I've completed it for gold, every time I complete a game the screen scrolls back down to the area with the Level 5 marker.

There are multiple other places where I am getting unexpected results, and the tutorial is pretty much nothing, and the guide is limited.

I've played Moai I-IV many, many hours, but I am extremely disappointed in the programmers for this mess. Lots of "jr high" errors/problems.

I am also getting the 'application exit error' on the exact same spot on Level 14. Have restarted 3 times. Please issue refund.

I have the same problem on the same level (Hika -Ri 12). As soon as I pay the seahorse the stone for a protection shield I get technical error widow and the game closes.Windows 7
