If you are having problems getting the game to work correctly, we highly recommend visiting Big Fish Games Help. Checking out the help articles in Big Fish Games Help is always the quickest way to get technical problems resolved. Here are a few suggested help articles that have helped many people correct these types of problems in the past:

The game keeps shutting down and removing itself from the game manager?

Never had this happen before!

Playing on new MacBook Pro, macOS Sierra (latest version) and all up to date.

After 30 mins of the trial I was asked to continue from main screen?

Whole thing really weird. Was enjoying it, but reticent about buying as I've had to d/l it 3 times now to play it.

Where it keep disappearing to? Not in my GM 3 times also...

Appreciate some BFG help please.

this is one of several games where I get the message "Graphics card will not support this game" ???

Hello myshania,

I'm sorry to hear that you're receiving the message that your graphics card will not support the game when trying to play some of our games. It's possible that this may be true, but it could also point towards the need to make an update to the graphics card driver. I wanted to swim by here to provide some suggestions to try as well as how to contact our Support Team should more assistance be necessary.

The first thing I recommend is to follow the 2nd step in the following page of suggested steps as that will update your video card driver. You can see those instructions in the linked article here:

Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen

For any problems that continue after trying that step, I recommend contacting our Technical Support Team with a Dr. Felix Diagnostic Report. That report along with what games you are seeing this message when trying to play could help our Reps determine what is causing this issue. Our Reps are always happy to help out and will do their best to get back in touch as soon as possible.

Game won't download

Game won't download. I click on it , and the game manager flickers like it does when a new game starts downloading, but nothing happens. Never had a problem downloading a game before.

If you are currently downloading from your order receipt, then you could try downloading directly from the game manager, which sometimes works in this situation.
Just open game manager, click on my purchases on the left and then scroll down to find the game, then click on the download button next to the game name and follow the usual process. Hopefully this should work.
Otherwise I'm sure a mod will swim by soon with some more tips.

If downloading the game from the Big Fish Games app (formerly called the Game Manager) doesn't help, then please try adjusting the network settings within the app before trying to download the game again. The help page below contains further instruction.

I am playing on a PC and when I try to play the game it closes saying graphics card not supported. Nvere had this problem with this series of games before. Frustrated

Playing on PC. I'm having the same problem as addictedtofish: In the extras, it shows a jigsaw but when I clicked on it, all I got was a black screen - tried the hint button but that just said click the X at the top (which didn't work either) anybody had this problem?

dyduncan, I did!! And I'm playing on a MacBook Pro OS 10.8.5. I wasn't sure if it was a tech issue or if I didn't complete something. I started a thread entitled "Bonus Jigsaw Puzzle" in case it wasn't a tech issue.

But I also can't access my Collectibles page. When I try to access the list the page closes within about 2 seconds.

Is there a glitch in the scene with the school bus? I found the collectable swirl but when I click on it nothing happens and the notice still says collectable not found. To be sure I checked the guide and it says the swirl is right where I'm clicking.

Having the same swirl for all the collectables is lame enough... the least they could do is be sure they work otherwise why did I pay double?!

What do I need to do to correct this?

There seems to be a few issues reported here for the game Maze: Nightmare Realm Collector's Edition. I just wanted to swim by real fast to thank everyone here for their patience while waiting for a response as well as some suggestions to take for these reported issues.

It sounds like some players are seeing trouble with the collectables page or the game itself on both PC and Mac. It sounds like some players are unable to see the collectables page if it is clicked on earlier than finishing the game, or that it will display momentarily and then disappear. It also sounds like some players are seeing the game display strangely or crash while playing. What I want to recommend is seeing if some quick steps can help make the game function as expected as these steps can resolve a wide variety of technical issues such as this.

For players on PC, I recommend seeing if the following page of steps is able to help resolve issues regarding a graphics card and with the display of that collectable page:

Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen

For players on Mac, the following general steps could resolve a wide variety of issues, including the collectables page not displaying properly or the game shutting down and crashing unexpectedly:

If those steps don't seem to help, it may mean further investigation is necessary. In this case, I recommend contacting our Technical Support Team.
