I'm playing on an iPad and lately I've notice that my game is loading to the side. Like the sunken secrets logo is off centered, the diver sceeen is off centered, and also when I load the hot air balloons. I have access to all the balloons, but the hot air ballon screen is cut short.

I'm sorry the game is off-center. This sounds like it could be a display glitch, so I'll absolutely provide some troubleshooting support.

Let's ensure the game has all of the resources necessary to run properly by closing apps that are running in the iPad's background. I've included a help page below that contains instructions about this process.

Force Close Applications (iOS)

Then restart your device. If the display trouble continues, please contact our Sunken Secrets Support Team. They'll be the best equipped to provide further assistance. Be sure to include your in-game ID in the inquiry.

This afternoon I bought 10 Plum Jams from a friend, they did not show up in my inventory, they are gone from his, I've reloaded the game 2x & the jams are still missing. I'm playing on android.

I'm sorry the plum jams didn't appear in your inventory after they were purchased. I know those take a lot of time to make, and I want to ensure this gets sorted. Not sure what section to go. I am now on level 32 and still no visit from Ralfie. As he is available to some people from level 13 and after. I am getting worried. Please would you advise

I'm sorry to hear that you aren't seeing Ralfie in your Sunken Secrets game. It is possible that you aren't seeing this character because the weekend events have been disabled for the meantime. If the Moderation Team is aware of any changes to this feature, we will post in the forums. Please keep in mind that the non-appearance of Ralfie doesn't stop players from progressing in the game. I can't visit other islands, as well. It states that I need to update...but, I have...even uninstalled and reinstalled....forced stop. And the game is seriously glitchy. I have contacted the tech team and was told that I had finished all building there was no new level to get to...so, I can't visit islands.Um, what???? That's not true. I am still building and how does that have anything to do with visiting other folks islands. It's squirrely.

Thank you for taking the time to report your experiences in the mobile version of Sunken Secrets. It can definitely be frustrating to not be able to visit a followed or friend's island, and I'd be happy to clarify that particular message.

If you try to visit a friend's island, and are told that there is an update required to visit, this means only one thing. The friend's version of the game does not match the one trying to visit their island. This means that you will be unable to visit the island until those versions match.

If you've received the new update or don't see one in the app store you've downloaded this game from, that likely means that the friend needs to update their game before you can visit. I recommend waiting to see if your friend's island will have their game updated so that players can continue to visit their island.

I'm sorry for any confusion this message may have caused, as it only means that the version of the friend's island doesn't match your game currently. This likely means that the friend needs to update before you can visit them again. Once both player's islands have the same version of the game, both of those players will be able to visit one another's island.
