post-HOS numbers missing Re:Post your Midnight Castle (PC) Technical Issues Here Only!

When completing a HOS, the drop down showing all credits, it is only showing the results for me. Always in the past it would give total score for 5 friends and me. What do I need to do?

I have a problem with the social part of the game. I can only gift friends on the first page. All other pages the friends don't turn so I know what they want gifted.

Thank you for letting us know your experiences while playing the PC version of Midnight Castle. It sounds like there are some issues being reported and I wanted to swim by real fast with some suggested steps that may assist.

sonvjj, I hope I can clarify what might be happening. If a player is unable to see a friend's gift list, this could be because they do not currently have one. Sometimes, players choose to not have a wish list and this would appear as if they couldn't be flipped over to gift to. There also was a previous issue where players needed to manually make a change to their wish list and private rooms before other players could interact with them again. If these players haven't yet done this, it could be they are still experiencing this issue and this is why you are unable to gift them at this time.

That said, if these friends were available to gift and suddenly all of them are no longer available, or if you are having further trouble with gifting, please don't hesitate to contact our Midnight Castle Support Team with your Friend Code and a description of what you are experiencing.

7braxton7, it is a bit unusual that it's not showing where friends are shown along side the ending screen. In this case, I recommend taking a screenshot of what you are experiencing and provide it to our Midnight Castle Support Team along with that Friend Code.

Quinielamass, if you are seeing a similar issue as another player and have tried the suggested steps for that issue, I recommend contacting our Midnight Castle Support Team with your Friend Code and a description of what you are experiencing.

I'm really sorry that your game restarted after the latest update. Please contact our Midnight Castle Support Team. They're equipped with the tools to transfer progress from an old game to a new game (if the original game's Friend Code is available) or to rebuild a game's progress (if the original Friend Code is unavailable). Please include both the old and the new Friend Codes in your inquiry, and they'll help you as quickly as possible.

The last two days the game would only load to 99% then freeze and I would have to restart my computer (it would do this 2-3 times) then it would connect. Now even restarting the computer does not work it just freezes at 99% and nothing. I am opening through Big Fish and not the icon on my desk top, Big Fish games does not run as Administrator (never has). Please advise

Hey bfg mods !

I don't know what to do. I downloaded the Fall Event update. I have 2 new pets and 3 extra colours for my Private Room album.
I don't have pumpkins instead of flowers
No trick or treater kids
No find feature on the new item to craft pets so don't know how / where to collect that
No ghosts
Did a few HOS and no Hallowe'en type items there either.

Do I have a problem? Or is everyone's game like mine? Haven't checked the puzzles yet to see if there's a new one.

Going over to my 2nd user game - piesy - goin to update that game and see what happens

No pumpkins or ghosts there either. Should I uninstall / reinstall ?

I just downloaded today's update and now my icon is blank and the game will not launch! Whenever I try to open the game the game manager pops up for me to close the current game running, even though there is no current game running.

Please help! I want to continue with tonight's challenge!
