ivy9179: The latest update for PC players did change how to exit the game. To exit Gummy Drop!, please follow the instructions below:

1. Press the Esc key to until you get to the title screen
2. Press Esc again to open the exit prompt
3. Click the green check mark to verify you'd like to exit the game.

I do not have Santa's Workshop available to me. Is it a staged rollout or must I be farther along in the game to visit the event city? What am I missing besides fun with Santa? (snif)

just installed the latest update and could play, but none of my loaded ships arrived. after having traveled/loaded every city again and lost all my lives i wanted to close the game, but couldn't find a way and had to use the task manager in the end.

To close the game press the Esc key in the top left corner of the keyboard. It's ridiculous that the way to change the game has been changed but nothing is shown on screen to indicate how it is now closed.

Hello Everyone,

Thank you for your time and for letting us know your experiences with the PC version of Gummy Drop!. It sounds like there are mostly questions here and I'd be happy to clarify a bit today.

xitl, while the PC version has recently received a large update, and may have some of the event cities available when they swing by again, it appears that the PC version will not be visiting Santa's Workshop this year. That said, this event city should be available to all mobile players and players who use the Gameroom version of the game. I'm sorry that the PC version currently doesn't have this particular city. I hope that the teams behind the game can continue to bring it up to par with the rest of the versions of Gummy Drop! so that PC players can see the event cities other versions enjoy.

gvier, I'm sorry about that confusion regarding how to exit the game. You're right that the ability to exit the game was changed in the recent update and keitht53 provides how you can do that. Thanks for swimming by with that support and suggestion.

Pressing the Escape (Esc) key can be used to exit the level you are playing, a city's map, or the game from the globe screen. Once the confirmation screen appears asking if you'd like to exit, press the green checkmark to confirm and close the game.

That's a good suggestion keitht53. I'll be sure to pass that along to the right teams so they know that players would be aided by having this change more apparent.

Since the update of the game I can't exit like I used to. I have to use cntrl+alt+delete & restart my computer. What am I missing?

Hi . Is there a problem with Level 53-1 in Santa’s Workshop? I am stuck in level 2. I played a few times already, All I got was REWARD with no coins and the level stuck at level 2.

It appears that glitter2goldfish was able to assist with nonnie48's question about how to exit the PC version after the latest update. Players exiting the PC version may do so by using the Escape (Esc) key located to the upper left of most keyboards.

New Update has issues. There is no button to close game and selling resources is taking from 2 different resources, if i sell bricks it also takes my blue gems as well

Hi tinkswartz,

Use your escape button on your keyboard to exit the game. If in a city of the game press twice if on the globe press once. I have not noticed the selling gems issue however I will pay more attention tomorrow when I sell them. If I am selling off bricks I will look at hats as well when the talley is being deducted. Thanks for the heads up on that one.

I am on a PC and in Tokyo. I cannot build the building at 20 because I do not have a diamond and one is not available. There appears to be one at 8-2 but when i click, nothing happens. this seems to be a tech issue.

I made it to Seoul a few days ago and there is nothing to celebrate here. I'm at 28 and as soon as it opens up there is a sand generator at the bottom center with sand already around it in an upside down U. I had one Oasis-Palm Tree left from a purchase awhile back, 300 's. I used it but the sand never stopped generating. There's a loss of 100 's. This city may be the straw that breaks the camel's back.

Well what to ya know! I come here to blow off some steam about 28 in Seoul, go back and try again with no boosts and beat that lil' sucker! I have seen several posts where this has happened. It's a first for me and hopefully not the last. Now I'm not so mad at this city...'till I move on to 29. That calls for a cold one.

I am having problems with Gummy Drops on my laptop in Facebook Gameroom....I select the game and a box appears that says the game is downloading....and will start when download is completed....no matter how long I wait the game DOES NOT start.....but the same message appears on the page....this has gone on for 4 days now....I played it everyday before now and now I can't get it to start....I can play it on my android phone but it is not thru gameroom....what is the reason it won't start?
