I'm sorry to hear that an up-to-date payment method isn't working. Since the Moderation Team doesn't have access to your Big Fish Games account records, I'd recommend contacting our Midnight Castle Support Team. They'll definitely be able to provide help with this.

The Moderation Team also understands what a nuisance navigating spam posts can be. We work as quickly as possible to remove spam by hand because there isn't a way for us to block spammers without also preventing legitimate people from posting. We sincerely appreciate your patience and ask that everyone remembers and abide by the Forum Rules when posting, specifically:

Do not respond to or comment on posts or discussions that break the rules. Report the post or discussion to a moderator. Contributing, even to mention that something breaks the rules, keeps that discussion visible and aggravates the problem.


Since spam posts break the rules, discussing spam posts in other threads also does. We ask that spam be reported directly to an active Moderator, who has the tools to investigate and remove the post. This prevents additional attention from being drawn to spam and assists the Moderation Team in removing it as fast as we can.

I completed the third level of the Dragon Fighter dice game, but I do not have the avatar available to select. I got the avatar for Anabel from the dice game, so I don't know what happened to the dragon avatar. I am playing on an ipad running the current verson of ios. Thank you.

Beating the dragon at dice doesn't earn a dragon-looking avatar.

The avatar you should have won is called the Frog Witch.

Click on your current avatar to scroll thru them all.
She should show up about 11 from the left, just next to Bella the Dancer.

you posted in a PC thread, and I just noticed that you play iOS...however, the game play and the avatars are the same, either way.

geniegal, I'm sorry that an error code appears when trying to buy diamonds during the sale. Since I am unfamiliar with that particular error code, please reach out to our Midnight Castle Support Team with your friend code and details of the issue. Hi,

I have an issue with the new update. I got the error code 208 that state that the game is not link to the account but it supposed to be!
Am I the only one with this issue?

Hello feeAbsynthe,

I'm sorry to hear that there appears to be a 208 error code occurring when trying to play Midnight Castle. When a 208 error occurs, there are some steps that can be tried to resolve that issue.

What I recommend is signing into the Big Fish Games account you have originally used to play Midnight Castle. Here's how to do that:

1. Open the Big Fish Games app (Game Manager), if it isn't already, otherwise continue to the next step.
2. Click the Sign Out button if there is an account signed in already, otherwise continue to the next step.
3. Click the Sign In button and sign into the Big Fish Games account you were originally using to play the game on.
4. Try playing Midnight Castle after signing in.

Hopefully, this will quickly clear up that 208 error code. If that code continues or a new one appears when trying to play, I recommend contacting our Midnight Castle Support Team with a screenshot of the error message being displayed and a description of what occurs leading up to that message. If you are unable to provide a Friend Code, please continue to contact our Support Team without that code. Our Reps are always happy to help out and will do their best to get back in touch as soon as possible.

I'm sorry that error code 208 is still occurring. Since the steps suggested by bfgIlinalta didn't resolve the error code, I'd follow their recommendation of contacting our Midnight Castle Support Team. They'll be the best equipped to provide further troubleshooting guidance.

Over the last week my puzzles show a countdown timer between 1 and 30 minutes when I first open the tab. All of them show the identical time. This occurs even when I haven't done puzzles for 24 hours.
