Please allow me to welcome you to the forums! It's always lovely meeting a new player.

It sounds like there's interest in transferring Gummy Drop! from an iPad to a computer. I can certainly explain what's possible.

We're unable to transfer game progress between the mobile version of Gummy Drop! and the PC version. However, if the game on the iPad is connected to a Facebook account, there is an alternative option.

Facebook offers a version of Gummy Drop! through its gaming app Gameroom. By playing Gummy Drop! through Gameroom you can sync game progress between mobile devices and your computer. For more information about playing Gummy Drop! through Gameroom, please see the help article below:

So I can't play Gummy Drop on my pc now for 2 days,or on the big fish games site,but I can on facebook.Why is that?I contacted the technical staff as of yet no reply I know it can take up to 72 hours it's already been 48 hours hopefully it's fixed by tomorrow...All my other games work thru big fish barr Gummy Drop.

Is anyone else having a problem with this: I play every day, yet on the daily prize screen it is constantly knocking me back to Day 1. The highest I’ve ever gotten was 32 with various other streaks (usually under 10) ending and going back to Day 1. Help with this?

Oh your daily price award is really embarrassing. It is already number of times when I lost the daily sequence just by missing 10 or 15 minutes after 24 hour passed. what could I do - I'm coming to play this game in late hours before sleeping so it can be 11 or 12 pm. it is enough that on one day I finish playing around 11 and on the next day I'm coming into the game in 12. That's it the daily award has been lost, in spite of actually I do play Everyday!
Please do some simple calculations trying to understand if a person really Play everyday or not but not by counting 24 hours it is just ridiculous and truly disappointing

Hi I´m playing Gummy drop for a while now, but since yesterday my progress doesn´t get stored. So every time I start the game I have to start at a level I already completed.
I keep having to start over at level 127 of New York.

I'm so sorry to hear about the troubles with progress not saving as expected. This can often be due to connection issues, so the first thing I'd recommend is trying out the steps from our help article about those types of issues. That article is located here:

I'd also recommend saving progress through either Facebook or a Big Fish Games account, if haven't done so already. This can definitely help make sure progress is saved, and it also can let us transfer information if you get a new device in the future. Should none of the above resolve the issue, please contact our Gummy Drop! Support Team for further assistance, and please include your User ID in that email, if one is available.

Hi, I keep being reset to day one re the daily rewards, I was up to 70 days at one stage but others time it has been closer to 30. They are aware of the problem and I have been told developers are working on it. The first time I lost day was January 2018 and just lost days again last week. I wrote to them last week and they gave me 1000 coins but said they may not be able to do this next time. When I lost the 70 days they game me 3000 coins. They have now increased coin offer to 3000. The coins are good but the comment about maybe not doing it again was a bit off. Has anyone else lost days?

Level 120 is the last level in London, so it's time to move on to the next city! If a new city has not yet unlocked on the map, it may help to check through London to make sure all of the Monuments for the city have been built. Completion of the Monuments will unlock the next city to explore.
