I have played level 23 at least 4 TIMES figuring that my score wasn't high enough to advance. There is no option to move past this level. Can someone PLEASE help? Thanks! If I HAVE to play that level one more time, well..... I would just rather NOT LOL

Having the same problem as everyone else although I can't get passed level 5 it just exits the game every time. It's such a shame as I have all the others and no problems at all.Spent hours on all the tech advice and still the same. Lets hope this can be sorted soon, Have contacted customer support.

I am stuck on level 16. There is a guard by the catapult. First, he requests 300 wood. Then, stone, then ore. He never goes away. I feed the giants and click on the catapult and nothing happens. I am unable to get past the level. The guide does not mention the guard at all. Any suggestions? Thank you.

If this occurs while you're playing Moai V: New Generation Collector's Edition, please contact our Technical Support Team and provide information about where in the game you were when it crashed. This will investigate what might be causing this error. Please also include a Dr. Felix Diagnostics Report with your ticket.

IGNOBLE2: I'm sorry a response hasn't been received yet. I know the Support Team works as quickly as possible to answer the inquiries it receives, and it's possible they haven't had a chance to reply to your ticket yet. Why haven't I received a reply to my request?

pixie30: When a game isn't responding, I always recommend checking whether the computer's video card driver is up to date. I also suggest running the game with administrator permissions. The help pages below contain instructions for these respective processes.

PC windows 7, Keep getting the Application exit error. Those of you that are getting the toyman screen first, you're lucky, I don't even get that! Nothing, black screen and "application exit error". I installed this game around 8 this morning it is now 9:27 PM and I still have yet to play it. I did everything suggested: Uninstalled, re-installed game and app, checked permissions, checked dx, checked drivers, still nothing. I have been working on this off and on the whole day and I still can't figure out what the problems is. I will be requesting a refund. Very sad. Also had a problem with Gnomes Garden:New Home when it came out, three different errors on that one. Should have requested a refund back then. Still haven't been able to play that one either. Very disappointed BFG.

I seem to be having similar issues to everyone else. It seems I have absolutely no levels beyond level 23. I'm running windows 10 and my computer is fairly new so I know that's not the issue. Like others, I have played all previous editions with no problems, and considering this one took a little while to come out, I'm very disappointed. Half a game is very unsatisfying.

I am getting all the same problems as the previous posters!!

Application exit error, contact customer support. I am on windows 10 and all my drivers etc are up to date> Its time for BFG to contact the developer and make him fix these errors and they should be tried before posting on the site to sell! Not impressed with BFG on this matter and I have been a club member for many years. They used to be so good at their responses and would sort the problem but not this time, just offered a code for another game!!

I love TM games and there are no current new ones so why would I want a refund or a coupon?

Every time I get down to the last two sick people, the altar stops recharging. I am unable to heal the last two people, and therefore unable to complete the level, and cannot progress with the game. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the game, and started again with a new profile.

I have the exact same issue, sandell14. There are just too many gliches in the this game. Not sure Tech Support can do anything worthwhile. Maybe the Devs should step in?

Love this game but I have a problem not listed so far in this thread. Got to the end of the game and decided to play as another character (name). It did not give me a new start and wiped out my original character name. So it shows that the game is completed with the new character name. You can play the game again...but why do it when you have already finished it?

update: Deleted new player name so there was no player names left. Put in new player name and it worked this time. New game all the way around. Played to the end (including bonus levels). Put in brand new player name and had a new game again. Don't have any idea why the above happened but glad it solved itself <g>.

Now though getting the exit problem (boot 'cha right out of the game one) like everyone else. Maybe will try to not touch the seahorse for the shield until the very end of the level and see what that does?

I also have the same problem with Hika-ri level 12. Other levels have been fine so far.

Moai V level 26 Swamp Land. Can not find RAAU and AHI to cure workers. It doesn't show up on screen. So tired try to play this game.

I wound up buying this game because I was bored and regret it. There is no way anyone played this game and did a beta and thought this trash was acceptable. You guys should give everyone refunds on this.

Here are my technical issues (up to level 31, I'm sure there's more garbage after):

1) Like others, I got the app error message, but mine was on levels 8, 12, 19 and 22. Just stopped at the end of the level.

2) Numbered check boxes in the bubbles above the priests are mostly missing icons indicating what I need to get.

3) The tasks don't always mark off when they're completed. Ex: Level 31 says upgrade all buildings to the max. I do that to all 5 buildings and 2 Moai. it says there's 2 more, when there are only 5 buildings & 2 Moai. (ETA: After playing the level 6 times, it finally let me pass with the same upgrades I had been doing).

4) When you accidentally click a building when you mean to hit those stupid ghosts, it won't let you click out for a bit. This wastes time and adds damage to the building.

5) Strategy guide says to do something, I do it, but I usually have to do it one or 2 more times than what the guide says.

6) Check marks remove themselves. I've stacked 4+ tasks and just watch as the green check marks disappear without even touching my mouse. Then happens on ALL levels.


9.3.17 ETA: Playing through again, and found another:
7) Kao-Ri Level 14. Task is to pet 3 Manu-Ai, but there isn't a single Manu-Ai on this level. How did I pass it before? I've replayed the level 4 times and not a one.

9.4.17 ETA: Hika-Ri Bonus level 8: Task says to acquire 2,500 gold coins. Task completed at 1500 gold coins.

9.9.17 ETA: Hika-Ri level 41: I've past this before, but now playing for gold. There aren't enough stones. Meaning, when I clear a pile of stones that should give me 40, it gives me nothing. Also on this level, the food tally also doesn't rise. In 3 turns of food production, my tally only went up once.
