I have great news! A new version of Midnight Castle is now available on the website. This update should improve some gameplay elements and various bug fixes.
This update should show up on the left-hand side of your Big Fish Games app under 'Updates.' If you're not seeing that, just follow the steps below:
1) Open your app and make sure you're signed into your account.
2) Click on the 'Options' COG on the top right-hand side of your screen.
3) Click on the 'Downloads' tab.
4) Select 'Manually' and click 'Check For Updates.'
If you are still running into issues after installing that update, please contact our Midnight Castle Support Team so we can look into those.

I have great news! A new version of Midnight Castle is now available on the website. This update includes various bug fixes, including crashing when gifting neighbors and the crash on startup.
This update should show up on the left-hand side of your Big Fish Games app under 'Updates.' If you're not seeing that, just follow the steps below:
1) Open your app and make sure you're signed into your account.
2) Click on the 'Options' COG on the top right-hand side of your screen.
3) Click on the 'Downloads' tab.
4) Select 'Manually' and click 'Check For Updates.'
Please note: if you are experiencing regular crashing upon start-up, please uninstall and reinstall your game instead of updating through the Big Fish Games app. For help doing that, just click on the blue text below:

G'day,
We have a shiny new update for Midnight Castle.
This update corrects the error that was preventing some users (particularly those at level 18) from continuing the game.
Anyone impacted by this issue will see a message in game to say 'Unfortunately, we found a problem with your save. A query is sent and the problem will be solved. Please note that fixing this problem might take a considerable amount of time. Please try to launch the game later.'
If you're seeing this message it means the game has sent a message to the developers who will restore the game for you. Please allow up to 48 hours for this to be completed
In addition to the fixes, there is also fantastic new content.

- Decreases the difficulty of acquiring items from the following Zoom scenes: Six-Paw, Bow Figurine, and Pirate Standard. Easier to obtain quest items are now used in unlocking each of these.
