Please never worry about having questions to ask. We're always here to help.

While linking an iOS game to Facebook is the only way for players to save and restore their game's progress on their own, our Midnight Castle Support Team is able to transfer progress from one Midnight Castle game to a new one as long as the original Friend Code is available. I'd recommend writing down your current game's code somewhere safe. If progress is ever lost, contact the Support Team with the old and the new game's code, and they'll transfer the progress as quickly as they can.

If any more questions arise, you're welcome to PM me or another moderator. As I said before: we're glad to lend a hand.

Tunkfairy, please contact our Midnight Castle Support Team. They're equipped with the tools to investigate and resolve what happened. Be sure to include the game's Friend Code with the inquiry.

Hufflepuff, I'd recommend following the instructions in the help pages below. Closing apps running in the mobile device's background will give the game more resources to use. Since Midnight Castle is designed to run with the most up-to-date software, updating your device is helpful too.

I sadly missed most of the Halloween Event, and so want to collect the Pets.

Thankfully my friends have offered and have been sending me the gifts required for these pets........the Fur Ball and Glowing Mixture.

I have noticed though, after midnight going into the 13th December (not the 14th, coz I was catching up with my gifting) and now today the 15th, all the Pet Gifts have not registered.
Which is really annoying, ( a bit on my part) but with my friends making a really special effort to ensure I get my Pets.

I will now put a hold on this until this matter is resolved.

Game crashes

I play on IOS. During Christmas event 2017. Every time the game crashes and reloads I lose all gifts and Daily event gifts. When it reloads it goes back to where it started except I have no new inventory and the daily quests have moved on. The gifts in my Christmas room can’t be recollected. This has happened twice.

In cases where progress or items seem to be missing, we recommend contacting our Midnight Castle Support Team with details regarding what has occurred, like what seems to be missing, as well as the device type and model. Hey Gang, I recently had to replace my iPad and after restoring from iCloud backup I seem to have lost my years of MC progress on the new iPad. Any ideas on how I can remediate this situation? Player id i1562088. Thank you.

Stuck on 5 bronze globes in Christmas castle challenge. I've found more than seven but it stays at 5. I've rebooted my tablet but that didn't help! Please fix!

I'm so sorry that the bronze globes aren't counting toward a particular Christmas challenge. Let's see what we can do to fix this.

First, please try shutting down any other apps that are running in the background of your mobile device. This will ensure Midnight Castle has enough resources to run smoothly. The help page below will guide you through that process:

i938607 Just lost about 2 weeks progress in the game including 200000 coins, 50 diamonds and far more importantly about 15 days of work on the monthly challenge. Any chance of getting back to normal?
