Good evening! As far as I know I have the latest update for the game. Midnight Castle itself says I have nothing to download/update. I get nothing from Bigfish either. No automatic updates and nothing when I use the manual search either. However I had a friend request from "Emily" who is on level 12. I'm on level 35. I accepted her friend request. I tried to go in and see her private room and get told she has a later version of the game than I do and I need to update my game. What is going on? Is there an update Bigfish hasn't released yet or what? Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out. It sounds like there's trouble unlocking the next level in the game. Since I'm unable to see what's happening in the game, I'd recommend reaching out to our Midnight Castle Support Team with your Friend Code and screenshots of the request for the key.

It also appears that your game is played on a PC, so in the future I'd recommend posting technical inquiries to the thread below.

Good Morning: I have been playing HOS for over 3 hours this morning, and I have received, except twice, nothing but gold coins and shards. I am attempting to build up my inventory, with no success. What do I need to do to be able to start receiving items? I have played the same scenes to no avail, same thing. What am I doing wrong? Or is there a glitch?

Hello MaggieHand,

I'm sorry that only gold coins and shards are appearing in exchange for playing Hidden Object Scenes. This is a function of the game: items have different drop rates, and the rewards received at the completion of a scene are randomized. Unless a player has been sent to a scene for the express purpose of gathering an item, it's possible to receive gold coins and shards for some time. I'm sorry I'm not able to provide more help.

It's possible other players have strategies and that reposting this inquiry to the main forum could generate some more advice.

The jigsaw pieces I get from playing scenes do not appear on the puzzle. I am on the last puzzle of two on level 80, and I only need one more piece to complete it.

I tried buying a bag of pieces, but although the game took my diamonds I got no pieces.

Can anyone help or is this a tech support issue?

Thank you for taking the time to post what you are seeing in your game. I'm happy to pop in here and help provide some insight to these issues.

LadyFlorin, welcome to the forums. Please reach out to our Midnight Castle Support Team with your original player ID and the new player ID that appears on your new iPad. The Support Team has the tools to manually move over your progress for you. Please take note that while they are able to move progress, they do not have the ability to move your friends list. It is recommended to take note of your friend's player IDs.

Lucy_Q, since you didn't recieve items in your game, please also reach out to our Midnight Castle Support Team. I apologize that we don't have the tools to access your game from the forums for this issue. Please provide them details of the issue along with your player ID.

Hello, I hope you can help.... several times the internet has dropped out and it has affected the progress of my games max score. It seems to stop at the amount of max score and never advance. I am 20,000 points approximately behind all players and showing max score. I there a way to do a reset without starting over or give credit to the max score. It is obvious looking at all my scores that it has been a problem looking at the rest of the game. I can not do a screen shot so please don't ask.... I am technically challenged and getting use to a new touch screen computer so I don't know my way around it enough yet to do that.... any suggestions about how to fix this issue with lost points due to internet? Oh and it says you can help your friends several times a day but I only ever get one opportunity.

I am playing on iOS format. I have noticed that I am not receiving credit for the puzzle pieces that I am getting when I am doing the HOS. I have taken a screen shot of the puzzle with 8 pieces missing, then a shot winning a puzzle piece and a shot of the puzzle again. Still 8 pieces missing and no extra pieces showing. Please let me know how to resolve this problem. I will keep track and update the problem.

I definitely understand wanting an explanation for what's happening with the puzzle pieces and am swimming over to help.

Sometimes, duplicate puzzle pieces can be won. This might explain why the number of missing pieces doesn't decrease when a new puzzle piece is received. If it's a duplicate of a puzzle piece that has already been won, it wouldn't register as a new piece.

If this isn't the case a new puzzle pieces aren't being credited to the game, please contact our Midnight Castle Support Team and include your Friend Code with the inquiry. They'll be the best equipped to provide further assistance. I would also recommend including the screenshots with the ticket.

Thanks for responding to my query regarding friends. I got rid of all my old friends as I was hearing nothing and unable to send gifts and then I have new friends and am able to gift regularly with the occasional exception where their cards won't flip over. In general the problem seems resolved.

I have not been able to use the tournament room at all its locked and I'm a level 73! Y'all fix some things then break others. Also please make it easier to get coins without paying for them I can't unlock new spots,because it takes so much money!

Oddmouse: Last December the difficult decision was made to disable to tournament feature in Midnight Castle. For more information regarding that topic, please see the announcement below:

There aren't plans to make the tournaments a feature of this game again, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by this change.

Annevans: I'm so sorry the diamonds that were purchased haven't been received. Our Midnight Castle Support Team will be the best equipped to resolve this. Please contact them and include your Friend Code with the inquiry; they'll be able to handle the rest.

Seasonal events are incredibly fun -- I also enjoy when the morphing flowers change to pumpkins -- so I certainly appreciate wanting more information about whether a Fall Event will happen this year. A Fall Event will definitely happen this year; the Moderation Team doesn't receive advance notice of when the event will be launched, but it shouldn't be too long now. Please keep a close eye on the game and the forums. Once the Fall Event has been taken live, you'll be able to catch ghosts, and the morphing flowers will change to pumpkins.
