Since the update when I try to get to the room with the cauldron my game crashes. I have tried to enter the room through other rooms and quests but it always crashes. As for another matter how many times I change my wish list and update my room it does not fix my friend list am I doing something wrong?

I had tried for the last 2 days to get to the 5/1 times tasks. I continue to get one times to two times tasks. Already running behind from yesterday task. Can you help me with this issue?

Thank you for taking the time to report your experiences while playing the iOS version of Midnight Castle. It seems like there is a report about not receiving a 5 part quest yet for one of the challenges as well as a game crash at a specific point in the game. I'd like to offer some suggestions as well as how to contact our Support Team should more assistance be necessary.

acampbell54, it sounds like there is a question about where to find a 5 part quest to play through and achieve that task in the Castle Challenge. To complete this portion of the challenge, players will need to complete a 5-Part Daily Quest from the Gnome. There are 3-Part, 5-Part, and 10-Part quests, which are randomized. Players can tell what kind of quest they have by the number of stops on the ring around the Gnomes avatar. These will fill as you complete the different parts, so keep completing these quests until a 5 part quest shows up. Once you complete that 5 part quest in one day's time, you'll achieve this objective of the challenge.

Okasa5, before I continue, welcome to the forums! I'm sorry to hear the game is crashing at that point. What I recommend is seeing if the following article of suggested steps can assist in this particular instance or if it shows that more assistance would be needed:

Crashing, Freezing, Game Won't Open (iOS)

Those steps should be able to help most situations where there is a crash occurring with the iOS version of the game, but if not, please reach out to our Midnight Castle Support Team with your in-game Friend Code for further assistance with what you are experiencing. It will also help to provide for them what model and type of device you are seeing the issue on as well as a description of what happens up to the crash. These bits of information could be helpful for any further investigation that may need to occur and our Reps will be sure to follow up as soon as possible to help out.

Seems as if we have a problem with the game shutting down, and progress being lost.
There is another thread highlighting this problem.

I didn't follow my own advice and save my progress after a long spell of playing.

10 minutes ago ( 16.25 GMT) my game shut down, and everything I had gained was lost, going back approximately 2 hours.

I will now keep a gainful watch if this continues and contact the techies.

Hi, I'm having trouble with the game crashing too. It is quite frustrating when you have played for hours and it doesn't save. I have even completed the task for the day only to find I had to do it again. Having to find over 30 of one item for the ship, and be 3 off when it crashes makes me want to give up but I do enjoy this game. It mainly crashes when I go into the private rooms to collect shards. I having been playing this game for a long time so I do hope you can fix this problem soon.

I've completed the 5-part daily quest at least 3 times and it never shows up that I did. Two other times I had completed parts of it and when I go back to it I find that it has started over to a new one. I just want credited for completing one of them so that I can continue on in the castle challenge. Please help!!!

We definitely want our players to be able to avoid crashing and issues with the game not saving progress, and I just want to provide some suggestions real fast as well as how to contact our Support Team should more assistance prove to be necessary.

MegaOmaAussie, I'm sorry to hear the game is crashing and losing progress. The first thing I recommend is seeing if the following page of suggested troubleshooting steps can help resolve that issue quickly:

Rizel36, it sounds like the game is not saving when trying to close out. I'm sorry this is occurring and would like to request that you reach out to our Support Team using the steps below as we definitely would like to investigate what might be occurring with that.

This is Amee, again. I understand about the 3, 5, & 10 quests. I had played all the quests, I had used my diamonds to expedite the completion of the quest! But for some magical reason the 5 quest continues to miss me. There some type of glitch, some of my friends had been able to get the first avatar. I do not think, I will be able to even get the first avatar.

Thanks for reaching out. I completely understand wanting to know whether a glitch is being experience, so I'm happy to provide some answers.

Currently, the five-part quest takes a little longer than usual to appear. If you continue to play the game, it will eventually be triggered, and you'll be able to complete the quests. The Moderation Team doesn't have information about exactly when or what triggers the quests, so I'm unable to provide more specificity.

A minor but nonetheless mildly annoying issue at level 74.

The image of Hansel, third image on LHS of the screen (below professor Pinfeathers & Trina) covers up the first digit of the time left before the Gingerbread House is again available to enter. So I have to guess how much time is left before I can visit the Gingerbread House. Yes, I know I can look for the sparkles to know it is open after an hour has passed. Yeah, I know, nag, nag, nag... ?

I1594621 iPad when I log on it goes to my Facebook page in safari but never logs on to Facebook in friends. I also see the circle go,round and round the whole time I am playing. I have good internet.

I have lost almost 1000 gems from my account. I had about 2800 purple gems a few days ago, now I'm showing just over 1900. I couldn't possibly have used 1000 gems, since I have not been playing much lately. Any way we can check on this?

I played for two hours and again it crashed just as I touched on the icon to go into the private rooms like I explained last time. Nothing was saved ?. I read your suggestions and can assure you my internet connection was not to fault. I really think there is a glitch in the program. From now on I will close it down after an hour of play to ensure it saves.

IPAD Air 1 IOS 10.3.2 Spinning Wheel in-game wont stop

My id is i2010690. I have been playing the IPAD version of the game for over a year now and it works great, thanks. In the last several weeks no matter what screen I go into I get this annoying spinning wheel in the middle of my screen. When I click on the spinning wheel it taks me to the Achievements page.
