On one of the early levels, the first time you hover over a particular building spot, it doesn't show anything in the "bubble". If you move your mouse away and come back, it will then show one circle, then if you move your mouse away and hover again, it shows all options for that building.

In the map - Level 5 has a star on it, and even though I've completed it for gold, every time I complete a game the screen scrolls back down to the area with the Level 5 marker.

There are multiple other places where I am getting unexpected results, and the tutorial is pretty much nothing, and the guide is limited.

I've played Moai I-IV many, many hours, but I am extremely disappointed in the programmers for this mess. Lots of "jr high" errors/problems.

Agree with jcbfergie lots of errors and guide isn't helping stuck on kao ri lvl 19. The icons on left aren't labelled correctly and one not lit. Can't get past this level. Is the developer working on fixing all of these issues?
I also have fun playing and replay Moai 3 and 4, this one is turning out to be frustrating.

I'm on a Mac and I get in the middle of level 16 and it freezes my computer. Put fires out but doesn't register and still shows it needs to be put out but still giving supplies. Right after it does this is when it hangs and I have to turn off computer and restart.

seems like i'm having the same problems as everyone else. application exit errors, game shuts down completely, potions showing 'not found', guide the same as useless,
etc.
i'm very disappointed in this game. i too would like a refund if a fix to these problems is not happening in the near future.

sorry, forgot to say i have a windows xp.

On level 7 It tells me to build 3 forges level 2. I did that, but it wouldn't cross it off so I could finish the level. I even built 4 just to make sure and it didn't. I played it twice and it happened both times. Help I am on windows 10 on pc.

I am unable to play this at all. Purchased copy, Windows Vista 64bit. When loading, right after the BF, **** and Toyman splash screen, I get the error "Application Exit Error! Please contant our support team! Thank you!" The game never loads.

frustrating as loved the other Moai games and like the challenge of this one until now

On level 22 I can't kill the witches. I hit them, it gives me the mana, but the witches stay so when I try to make workers do something my mouse is still in the kill the witches mode. Any ideas?

On Hika-Ri level 12 I get a message "Application Error: Application exit error! Please contact our support team." I'm not exiting the game, it exits for me repeatedly on the same level.

If the game freezes or crashes, please take a look at the help pages below for further instruction.

Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen
Run Game as Administrator

In particular, checking to see whether the video card driver needs to be updated and running the game as an administrator can fix what's causing the game to crash.

Applications errors can sometimes mean that another game is running in the background. Please check out the solutions in the help article below if an application error was received.

Errors 809, 813, 773, and 774

Lastly, when games stop working for Mac players, I always recommend updating the software programs mentioned in the help article below.

Mac Game Troubleshooting

Following those instructions can sometimes fix what's causing the Mac game to freeze or crash.

Should these steps not work, please contact our Technical Support Team. They'll be the best equipped to provide further solutions.

I am having the same crash error on Level 12 of Hika-Ri when I pay the seahorse....posting the technical help isn't going to help at all when its clearly a game bug. Its not freezing cos I have another game running etc its crashing cos its bugged! Can you please advise a projected time for a bug fix update?


*Edit: for those having the same issues with this level - I held on and paid the stone seahorse LAST and managed to complete the rest of the level*

Clearly a game bug, judging by all the posts on here.

On Hika-Ri level 12 I get a message "Application Error: Application exit error! Please contact our support team." It exits for me repeatedly on the same level.

I've removed, reinstalled - nothing works.
(MacBook Pro 2012 - OSX 10.9.5)

I wanted to swim by and encourage everyone for whom the troubleshooting steps didn't work to contact our Technical Support Team. They'll be glad to provide assistance, and receiving tickets about the same issues occurring in a game will help with investigating the matter.

me too... same error... I contacted CS.. sent the DR.F.... no response from tech... glad I didn't buy it as per norm

Same problem as everyone else. Almost finished level 22, it crashes every time. Application exit error! Please contact our support team. Thank you.

Very disappointing, hoping they fix it soon. I haven't done the tech support items, seems like a lot of work for something that probably wont work. Just want to play my game! Will contact tech support.

on level 10 the windmill wont work, has anyone else had this issue?

I made it to level 10 and then got the message Application exit error and the game shut down. I am soooo sad! I love this game! I hope they fix it soon. I was so excited to see a new version.
