TatsToo1, I've checked in with the team and it sounds like they've requested your input on how to handle this issue further. Please find the latest response from our Reps and let them know how you would like those purchases handled since our teams are not equipped with the tools necessary to assist with this issue further. All my friends disappeared. I had around 30 and after being offline two days come back to discover they are all gone. Can this be fixed?

Thanks for your patience while waiting on a response. Unfortunately, our Reps are not provided the tools necessary to assist if a Friend List is lost. However, the forums are a great place to find new friends to add to that list to repopulate, should you desire that.

My recommendation is to see if there are codes in the following thread you would like to add, or perhaps provide your own code for others to friend you. After taking a look, I can see you've already made a post there, so for any other players looking for new friends to add, please see our thread below for that purpose:

Hello letmeplay2,

I'm sorry to hear that has happened while playing Wanderland. Usually, the enemies that need to be battled will appear after some time, even if it seems like none of the required ones are showing up.

Sometimes, defeating what is available can help with getting the right enemies to spawn. After winning a battle, the fight may reappear on the map after some time has passed. The best thing to do if you can't find the battle you need is to try clearing what battles are available to increase the chances of the right one appearing.

If there are no battles at all, what I recommend is to contact our Technical Support Team with a description of what has occurred and the title of the game. They will do their best to follow up as soon as they can.

Was going to respond to Otterpop's initial post and then saw the post where the issue had surprisingly resolved itself, for that player. I too had this issue eons ago and could only use alt/control/delete to leave the game. I had created a post about it and before I could follow up on a Mod's suggestion to contact Tech Support it mysteriously fixed itself ! If I recall correctly, I kept returning each day for about 3 weeks. Hope it resolves as easily for you Breezy, as it mysteriously did for Otterpop and myself. GL

While playing the Ship Tournament last night, and may I say I was on my way to attain the number one spot. Suddenly my ship levelled up to "Frigate" and Achievements notified my with the message at the bottom of the screen. Clicked on the Achievements and collect my 17 rubies. Clicked on the ship and nothing happens. My ship is frozen. When the timer runs down I can Call Ship - that part works - but cannot open my ship and send crates. I had to settle for 2nd place in the tournament SIGH

I will contact the Technical Support Team and see if there is any help available.

I was in the middle of mirror curse application when the game took a dive on me. When I came back in, my mirror curse was gone, and was never applied. It's bad enough to need a double mirror curse to get the same item twice, then this. Just lost interest in further progress.
