Hello WildCat_1988,

It sounds like the "unsupported video card" message just appeared, so let's see what we can do to fix this. If you haven't already checked to see whether the computer's video card driver is up to date, then I'd suggest following the instructions in the help article below to do that:

Update Video Card Driver (Computer)

This driver controls how the computer's graphics display, and its developers regularly release updates to keep everything running smoothly. If an update isn't available, or if those instructions don't take care of the message, please contact our Sunken Secrets Support Team. They'll be the best equipped to continue investigating the matter.

Thank you, I have the latest DirectX on my computer. Let me give you a little more information about my problem. Thanksgiving Day while playing Antique Road Trip: American Dreamin' I left to go into my kitchen to check on the meal. When I came back my ART game was logged out, that's when I noticed my Game Manager oversized/enlarged to the point that it almost didn't fit my screen (which is 22"). I checked my display settings and were set at the recommended setting. This when everything went wrong, Sunken Secrets doesn't recognize my video card, Gummy Drop has a Error Dialog box popping up but I'm able to play Sir Match-a-Lot. I've uninstalled all these games and reinstalled them but with no good results.
I don't know what happened but I've checked everything under the sun and moon to find out what caused these issues.
On top of all this I get a notification that my Internet Explorer is out dated! I have IE 11 on my computer which according to the Microsoft and HP is the most current. So why is this showing up?
I will be back tomorrow for your answer to all my questions.

Hi WildCat_1988,

Thank you for the update. A lot of what's mentioned sounds like something could have gone wrong with the connection between the computer's video card, its drivers, and the games themselves. Our Forums team doesn't really have access to the tools needed to properly investigate that sort of thing, so the best thing to do for now would be reaching out to our Sunken Secrets Support Team. Including your in-game ID may also help them check into this.

As for the message with Internet Explorer, that's something our Technical Support Team may need to take a look into. I'd recommend working with the Sunken Secrets team first, and they'll redirect you to the Tech team if needed.

Event Tickets

It may be I don't completely understand events.
I currently show 353/500 for completed events under the trophy collection, but have yet to earn a single ticket for completing these varied actions. I am at level 46. The only events I seem to trigger are when hitting certain level up points. Nowhere have I seen any of the weekend or scheduled events in order to earn tickets. Suggestions are welcome.

VNTBAAAA win 10 filling balloons my problem every balloon island has a rune green spirl, blue water yellow sun and orange star.. ok i fill the blue water one only yet i get the green rune . also what happened to the weekend ticket raffle? haven't had one for maybe a month now

Thank you for taking the time to let us know your experiences with the PC version of Sunken Secrets. I'd be happy to try to provide some suggestions that may help as well as how to contact our Support Team for any further assistance that may be necessary.

keslix, it sounds like there is a question regarding one of the achievements in the game. First, some events do not reward tickets, such as the ones when reaching certain level up points. For the achievement being discussed, players earn progress by completing any event, but they only receive one per event. Recently, there haven't been a weekend of scheduled event, and I can absolutely understand wanting more of these available to earn tickets and also progress on this achievement.

Zuzana1955 and keslix, currently, we do not have details regarding when new scheduled events or weekend events that rewards tickets might be available for players to enjoy. If our team receives any information regarding this, we'll be certain to provide that clarification for our players. Thanks for your patience.

Zuzana1955, I'm sorry that there seems to only be a certain rune stone being received while playing and filling balloons. While those islands are more likely to send the appropriate stone back, sometimes they may provide a lower tier stone. This variance can happen from time to time, and every player may run into instances where the islands may send a lower tier stone rather than the one anticipated. They may also send one of a higher tier, although this is rare. I wish you good luck in your balloon filling adventures going forward!

If a player is not seeing progress on an achievement being counted, or if you would like further assistance, I recommend contacting our Sunken Secrets Support Team with details of what has occurred and your in-game ID, if possible. Our Reps are always happy to help out and will do their best to get back in touch as soon as possible.

ive been working through the game and have made it as far as level 74, there are still areas in the game that I cannot de curse around the castle and I don't know when the next update will help fix this issue.

Just wanted to report that on 2 occasions I have attempted to sell a few crates that I was heavy on and have carefully determined the number to be sold at 2, only to hit the sell button and find to my horror that the number that popped up was 10. The first time, I thought I must have made a hasty mistake, so the next time I was extremely aware of what I was doing and it happened again. In both instances it was the rope crate. I was most unhappy and wondered just how often that happens. I am windows 10 on my PC and wondered if this is a glitch. I have bought single crates several times, so I know you can sell one or two. Needless to say, I won't be selling crates any time soon.

Hallo,

als erstens möchte ich allen Spielern eine gute Neue Jahr wünschen.

Zum Weihnachten habe ich gehofft das wir Spieler die schon seit über
1 Jahr das Spiel spielen eine kleine Geschenk bekommen aber nichts
dann habe ich gedacht ach was die beschenken uns bestimmt zum
Neue Jahr wechsel und wieder nichts, SCHADE, so denken die da oben an uns.

Was die Fehler im Spiel angeht es ist zwecklos über Haupt sich zu beschwerden
die Fehler sind immer noch da, eine verschwinden und kommen neu dazu.

For Christmas I hoped that we have been players for over
1 year playing the game a little gift but get nothing
then I thought oh what the gifts give us for sure
New year change and again nothing, SCHADE, they think soup there to us.

As for the mistakes in the game, it is useless to complain about the head
the mistakes are still there, one disappears and comes
new to this.

brachen weil es keine weitere Update mehr gibt ?????? Im Klartext
heißt es das - das die alle die noch spielen, spielen um Zeit zu
