The 2 most recent quest I completed I did not receive a reward. The first one I did not write down but the second one was " Bound Together" where you have to kill a Turg, Ogre Mage and Bosh Gremlin can some one explain what happened. The game does not run in Administrator mode which seems to be the most common response to problems in this game, are there any other suggestions

I haven't had any new quests in months.It's been so long I can't even remember when I had a quest. Just been playing and never getting any quests to move on.I'm on level 66. The quests in frozen town say see martin. The quests in the canyon and grim forest say they are asleep. Samarkand used to be open and it's now locked again.

Some players state that the game is crashing or freezing. There could be a few reasons this is happening, and if playing on PC, the following steps could assist:

Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen

Some players are noting that they are not receiving in-game rewards or that quests that should be available don't appear to be. It also sounds like players report that running the game as an Administrator doesn't appear to help in this case. What I recommend in this instance is to contact our Support Team using the steps below.

For any problems that don't seem resolved by our suggested steps or if you'd just like additional assistance, I recommend contacting our Technical Support Team. Our Reps are always happy to help out and will do their best to get back in touch as soon as possible.

I know the curses are only available in night mode or night mode timed. That is when I am trying to get them! I see them in the hunters cottage but it won't give them to me after about 20 times trying. This is crazy. The gamer's need to be a little more generous for pete's sake. Without the broken glass I can't solve 2 HOS's. I have gotten the broken glass a few times by defeating the gremlins or sending a ship or a friend gives me one. But when I activate it, it NEVER goes to the room I need it to be on!!!!!!!

What about the game pausing in the middle of trying to find an item? This happens a lot.

The first help page contains steps on ensuring that your video card driver is current. This helps to ensure that content is displayed correctly. If you find that the issue still appears, please try to run the game as an administrator with the steps in the second help page. Just a followup from my earlier posting back in section 60, wherein I described an issue with no longer being able to send ships after being upgraded a level in the sending ships dept. - clicking on them does nothing.

The suggestion to run as administrator was tried but did not solve the problem.

The suggestion to contact tech support was tried, but they have not replied with any information related to the problem. Somehow some spam-ish looking message from them regarding an unrelated game did show up, but I answered that to indicate they didn't read my posting, nor the game title. Nothing to follow that from them at this point.

I am not expecting much in the way of a resolution.

I have all the pieces to to combine to unlock the Tribal Tent but I keep getting a message from Candace "Saying I must press unlock" There is no unlock. Once I get her the screen freezes. Is there a way to remove her?

Hi i am using a pc and the game periodically crashes, this is not really a problem as i just usually log back in, this time however it robbed me of almost 5000 gold coins, now i am really brassed off.

We definitely don't want players to be missing currency or items after logging in and I wanted to swim by real fast to provide what steps to take to contact our Support Team so we can gather the information necessary to see what might have happened here.

Having the same problem. Samarkand is locked up again for me also. Also have finished quests and received nothing for it. Happened to me about 4 times.

I downloaded the game about 3 weeks ago and it played fine. Then a week ago when I went to play, I had no enemies at all to battle! I thought maybe this was how its meant to be and if I progressed a few levels they would come back. But I have been playing it for the last week and still nothing. I am really frustrated because I cannot get any activators to complete collections and quests. I'm just going round trying to play levels, but nothing changes. Was really enjoying to game at the start, but now feel like uninstalling it. Can you help please
