I am trying to pm a friend but after i press SUBMIT, the message shows like not having a Subject. I tried several times being sure that i have written something in the Subject box.

When a message is with no subject, can't be opened.

Please help

I have the No Rewards received issue. and definitely feel your frustration. Have been emailing CS for a long time now. Still not resolved. Now I know I am not the only one. Thanks for posting about these problems.

My problem is solved thanks to datsalotta

I had to delete messages from my inbox and outbox archive. Even though at only 66%, they seem to have been too many....

Maybe something that could get fixed by Big Fish (?)

TECH ISSUES: AM I INVISIBLE?

Before I start, I have to go back in time a little:
Some weeks ago, I realized that all my friends were gone and I had a new Player ID.
So I made many new friend-requests and slowly my game moved forward again...
Several times now, I saw that my Player ID changed back to the old one. I even was able to ask my other Player ID for friendship. Means: I am ´friend with myself
That's funny...
If only the Player ID wouldn't change back and forth all the time. Gifts I requested are given to the ID I was when I asked and I am not now, instead I have the gifts I asked long ago...
Now, since several days I don't get any gift at all any more.
To fulfill my ongoing quests I need items I just never get by playing scenes: Perfume Sprayer..for the "Will-O-Wisp", Shards to curse two scenes (at least) for another quest, Mice to fight Ogres to get an Ice-Cube to activate one collection (Fairytale-related quest) and so on..I am hopelessly stuck in the game, playing the same scenes over and over again, and that is boring
I wonder, if, because of some new gitch, I am invisible to other players...
Why can't the game just run as it should?

Several times after completing a HOS the game pauses or pops up connection lost causing me to lose any reward or found item, especially quest items I have tried hard to obtain. It seems to only be this game as I am able to access this forum as well as other pages on the internet... need a fix suggestion

I am having an issue with old quests that I've completed, but they still show on the screen with an exclamation point as if I still have to collect them. All of these are for old portals that aren't open. I haven't gotten any new quests in 3 months.All my current portals have sleeping quests only, no idea what to do to awaken any of them.I have three portals that are open and samarland is complete and locked again. Please help. Thanks I am at level 72

I have been trying to get the "Moon Flower" for several days, twice I have gotten it and as soon as I completed the HOS and click the "Get the Reward" the first time the game went into pause causing me to lose the reward, the second time this picture of a Candice popped up in the left corner to point to a quest I have had listed for 4 days, the game froze and I lost the reward. Why is this happening

Also Candice has been popping up the last 2 days, what is this other than a distraction?

I can't receive participation rubies that I am suppose to get after playing 30 tournaments. I can't retrieve my chest either. When I try, the game crashes. I play as Terriluvsfriends. ID#182147. I run as administrator and have no other issues with my computer.

It sounds like there are some issues here that may be able to be resolved with some quick troubleshooting steps and some issues that need help from our Support Team, so I wanted to swim by to provide both.

nopla3039, I'm sorry to hear that the game is freezing when trying to collect rewards. There may be a few reasons this is happening and I wanted to provide some steps to try to see if further assistance may be necessary or if the issue can be quickly resolved. The following page contains steps which may help with the game freezing:

Game Crashing, Freezing, or Blank Screen

If those steps don't seem to help, it may also help to provide this specific game further permissions to help it run more smoothly. Sometimes, a game may request additional permissions and if it doesn't have them available, the game may freeze up instead of providing an error. If you would like to try to run this game as an Administrator, which should provide the game sufficient privileges to play smoothly, the following article can assist:

I have chosen the potion of wealth, according to the description for 1 hour the amount of gold received increases by 200%, after 15 min of playing it has yet to work

I had 2 fog curses in inventory, used one, went to use the second and it was gone. I spent the gems to buy another, my gem count reduced but no curse in inventory. Not sure why there are so many issues with this game, I am a member of 2 other game sites and do not have near the issues as I do with Big Fish

Also need to add.... it seems your most common answer for issues is to run as Administrator. As with several other people I have noticed, that does not work

I have 2 issues: The first is that I haven't had any quests to complete in more than a week, despite the fact that I have gone up 2 levels in that time. The second is more technical, I have a gift from a friend that keeps reappearing and if I click on it or try to close it, it says connection with server lost.

HELP!!!! After my portals locked I was able to complete quest for rewards, however now I cannot complete the quest in Samarkand because no objects for completion show. I have been in contact with the game admin. and they had me running around uninstalling the game, reinstalling the game. all I need is Samarkand items to show so I can continue quest. Any input on how.

I am on level 67 ID 268256 playing on my laptop, but I have had no quests for several levels and also portals that were previosly open to me are locked

Tech came through for me. After a few tweaks I am now back to having sleeping quests open up again. So really, if you are stuck contact them. It may take 2 or 3 days for them to get to you, but they will get to you. Be specific as you can about what's off and that helps them zero in on your issue. Here's the link for email contact:

My brand new quest which I had not even opened yet just winked out. There it was gone from my screen.
CS might ask me for a screen shot....of what....something that is not there anymore?
CS asked me for a screenshot of Quest Rewards not received...screen shot of what...something that is not there?

Guess I'll just have to live with this.

datsalotta screenshots of nothing on the screen???

I just saw the Quest appear for a spit second then wink out again. I could not get my cursor to it because I had the HOS reward screen and could not close out of there in time. Maybe it will return. Will let you know if it does.

Problem solved.
The quest items showed up in 2 HOSs - pyramid and Hunter Hut in night mode Both were for curse weapons. As I finished the HOS and received the mirror curse, the Quest Item on the side of the screen reappeared. Finished the quest and was not surprised to see the Quest Rewards were not given.

Note to COFFEECAT - I was not able to get my 2 Samarkand Portal quests unfrozen by Customer Support. I have many sleeping quests that do not show up on my Quest list on the left side of the screen so I will copy the web address you supplied and try again. Thanks.

datsalotta hoping for a fix.
