Is there some magic to getting perfume sprayers to drop? I have cleared cursed HOS at least 20 times and none dropped. It used to be at least one would drop out of each curse set activated, now nothing.

The game insists that the connection to the server is lost when I am connected to the internet. It keeps doing this, too.

I have the very same problem. One Quest asks for finding a "Will-O-Wisp"..I must have fought around 25 Gremlins without ever getting this item. I cursed scenes over and over again to get the darn Perfume Sprayer and found ONE in THIRTY cursed scenes!
Plus, the Perfumes are also hard to get, when the Ship never offers them...
Using Lucky Potios doesn't help at all whatsoever.

It would be nice, if the makers of the game would increase the drop-rate drastically, if they don't want their customers to lose interest in the game...

I also keep getting the server lost message I have also been in 250 cursed scenes and only got 12 perfume sprayers out of them. I am beginning to think this is designed to make you sped money. This game is in real danger of losing players if it doesn't start running a fairer game.

For all the people who have lost all their progression ... after several exchanges with the technical team, they tell me to be unable to make my progression (great! I was at level 347 and had a lot of gold Rubies and objects and energy ...). They have credited me with gold and ruby, but this does not compensate for the progress obtained after several years of game ... I am very surprised that they can intervene on the gold and ruby ??counters, but not on the levels And energy ... so I play again from the beginning, without really motivation, in addition I have some bugs, like when I close my game and I open it again, I no longer have 'Awards for my quests (no gold, no stars, no objects, nothing!), I am obliged to close and then reopen and sometimes it comes back, but not always. I did not notice it right away, so I played several quests without winning anything! I really ask myself: should I continue this game? I asked the technician how to back up my progress so that it does not happen anymore, he always answered, without giving me the solution. So if we can not save, they could at least hand over our counters!! This game is already very frustrating, but if in addition we are not immune to losing everything, what is the interest of spending hours on this game ????

All of a sudden I have to click 2-3 times on items in the HOS for them to be selected, it seems it is mostly the smaller items but larger ones at times. I have watched on several occasions to make sure the items are actually on the list which they are. I am using a PC Windows 10 and on level 30 if that info helps any

Hello,
All of my enemies disappeared, and I can't get them to show back up. I even tried uninstalling and re-downloading the game. I've searched the forum, and it seems others have had this problem, but I haven't been able to find a post with a fix in it.

When (if) we get another update, please .... please fix the problem of no rewards for a quest. There are some times when have to log in and log out 5 or 6 times get get the rewards to show up. I don't dare start playing until I check quests/rewards first thing. Thanks.

I just wanted to swim by with some suggestions as well as some clarifications. Also, I wanted to make sure that I provided the steps to take to receive additional assistance, should those suggestions not assist.

First of all, I want to clarify that our Reps are only able to provide assistance if they have the tools available to provide that specific assistance. This sometimes means that we are unable to provide as much assistance as we would like. I'm sorry to hear we were unable to restore that progress bi1fai. I followed up with our Reps to see about the second part of your post where you request assistance backing up your progress, and it appears that our Reps were able to follow up with you about that with some specific details that could help. I hope those steps they provided were helpful. If you do not see this response, please be sure to check your spam or junk email folder, just in case it was unintentionally filtered to that folder. Otherwise, feel free to reply to the last message you did receive, this will ensure our Reps can follow up with you to continue discussing your request. Rhysduk, I'm sorry that there appears to be a communication issue between the computer playing the game and the server hosting the game despite the internet connection being active. There could be a multitude of reasons why this has happened, and hopefully it is a temporary issue that resolves itself after some time. If you are still seeing this issue, I recommend contacting our Support Team using the steps in the next post.

Krissy1954, I'm sorry to hear this is happening. I can definitely understand wanting to have that particular issue addressed, and I want to thank you for taking the time to let us know how you work around that issue you are experiencing. Some players are reporting that an item is not dropping as often as expected. As drops are randomly determined, it's possible that there has just been a long string of bad luck that made this occur. If you find that the item doesn't drop for a very long period of time or that items that shouldn't be dropping are being received instead of what is expected, please contact our Support Team below with a description of what you've experienced.

nopla3039, it sounds like there is some trouble interacting with the game itself and that certain inputs are not being recognized as expected. This is definitely something that would make the game much more difficult to play and I recommend seeing if the following suggestion is able to help out. Since this seems to be in Windows 10 and appears to be display oriented, the following operating system specific steps may be able to help resolve this issue:

It is also possible that the game could use more permissions to run smoothly. By running the game as an Administrator, players can give the game the permissions it needs to do so. Here's how to do that if you'd like to try those steps too:

If those steps do not seem to work, please contact our Support Team using the steps below.

cheddarmelt, I'm sorry to hear that the enemies in the game are not showing up as expected. [b] I'm at level 94 and I have waited for 36 to 40 hours past midnight with the game shut off. I have 13 friends and when I try to send gifts it says "We are sorry, but this feature is not available right now. Just wondering why I can't send gifts. Any help would be appreciated.

I have 2 things that are not working.
1.) I can't give any gifts to my friends, it keeps saying, " We are Sorry, but this feature is not available right now".

It says the same thing when I tried to join a tournament, and 1 second after we could join the tournament, I kept clicking on join. But it kept saying, "the feature is not available right now."

Why would my treasure chests keep disappearing, the first one disappeared and I only had one more task, the next one after I did the first task. I just opened another and will see how it goes

How do you reset the friend gift counter, I thought it reset after midnight but mine did not. Also several times after I collect the coins received from the Alter it shows my coin count increasing that amount then almost immediately my total goes down that amount or more.

I recently started a second game because I was on a different computer and there was no way to sign into my existing game. That newer account is now at level 14. In the course of playing the new account I have discovered MANY quest-lines that have not opened for me on the existing game which is at level 45. Dozens of sleeping quests are still sleeping, 2 portals are still locked. the stained glass and organ cylinder have never been revived. Is this a tech glitch?

I'm sorry to hear that there are quests on one of the progress profiles that are not opening up as expected. We definitely want players to be able to enjoy the game, and I can definitely understand reporting this particular issue. It sounds like you're unable to get back to that old progress, but if you are able to do so, I wanted to provide some suggestions that have helped other players in the past when encountering this issue as well as how to reach out to our Support Team for further assistance.

The first thing I recommend, if one is able to sign back in to retrieve that progress, is to try running the game as an Administrator. Doing this will allow the game to be run with all the permissions necessary to run smoothly. If a player would like to try this, the following article can help:

If a player has tried the above and still is not seeing quests open up as one expects or if you are seeing your current game's progress not have quests open as expected, please contact our Technical Support Team with screenshots of what is being seen and a description of what is happening.
